Prag (Pragnesh) Shah is a C-suite global, consumer, revenue growth, digital, innovation, and customer experience leader at private-equity, venture-capital, and publicly-traded companies. He has driven value-creation, growth, and innovation domestically in USA, and in Europe and Asia for companies across multiple consumer industries. More recently following his passions for travel and crosscultural, global diversity, he was Group Vice President for Vail Resorts across 37 North America resorts, and Global Head Innovation & Customer Experience for Princess Cruises, leading broad digital and operational transformation for the $4B cruise line with his direct team representing over 20 nationalities. Out of personal interest, he has studied sustainable tourism and climate impact.


A strategic operating executive from the Boardroom to the front-lines, prior to hospitality his growth and go-to-market roles include: President WealthEngine, a PE-/VC- backed SaaS data company serving 2,500 non-profits in their fundraising initiatives; Global President for E-learning publicly-traded (and 40% PE- owned) company Rosetta Stone; CEO & COO for VC-backed startup Zubie in the automotive telematics sector; and CEO of venture startup Mobilians International. Previously, as Vice President E-Commerce for private-equity portfolio company, Network Solutions, he led the revenue turnaround driving a successful $600M exit. His post-MBA career began with 10 years in executive roles at Sprint mobile across E-commerce, retail, operations, innovation, and M&A.


Prag’s early career started as an aerospace engineer with NASA at the Goddard Space Flight Center. His intersection of business, customer, and technology leverages his MBA from Harvard Business School, and MS and BS Engineering degrees from the George Washington University. He also has a Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University. He serves on: the Board of Pratham, a non-profit driving literacy in India, Gobel Group, a philanthropy firm serving hospitals, and was a founding member of the Digital Advisory Group for the National Parks Conservation Association. He serves as an advisor, investor, and transitional executive for consumer companies.


 Prag is a globalist having done immersive travels on all seven continents, and truly believes in the transformational nature of cross-cultural, diverse interactions. He is also an active national certified ski instructor. His love for the outdoors has sparked interests in sustainability and climate change. Prag is a creative with pursuits in photography and design, an Instagram blogger, and has published photo-essay books on Antarctica and Japan donating to non-profit organizations
